LVMH

Mayfair, London

Conversion of Grade II listed building

The fitting out and conversion of luxury products group LVMH’s Grade II* listed Mayfair property to a training facility.

The brief was to provide conference, lecture and presentation rooms, restaurant and breakout space with ancillary office accommodation for executive training and corporate entertaining. The proposals included sympathetically providing flexible lecture and presentation rooms on the ground floor. Café and restaurant facilities were formed in the basement with breakout space being provided in the rear courtyard.

Working closely with LVMH’s in-house design team the internal finishes and decorations were designed to meet both listed building approval and LVMH’s corporate design guide. Brooks Murray aimed to provide a tranquil and light filled environment suitable for training and which would be able to accommodate the requirements of the companies within the group when they visited eg Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy, Moët and Chandon etc.
