Riverside House

Bristol

Convestion and extension of existing office building itno residential development

The built form and of the proposals make a positive contribution diverse mix of buildings in the area. The scale of the building to the east holds it own against the larger buildings along the harbour front, the additions to this elevation animate the previously dead façade. To the south the built form steps back from the street, and the scale of the fenestration and use of render, whilst remaining contemporary, is reflective of some of the older buildings on King Street.
