Dunham's Courtyard

The proposed redevelopment of Dunham’s Courtyard and the garages under the viaduct, adjacent to Park Street and Park Meadow, is already on site and the first phase is due for completion in September 2010.
The scheme comprises of fifteen new houses and 5000 sqft. of commercial office space in the traditional Old Hatfield style. Dunhams Courtyard forms the first phase of development prior to the restructuring of Salisbury Square.
The proposal starts the reinstatement of the former street pattern from the Great North Road.
