Conversion of workshops to 15 mews houses

Our client acquired a mews of 35 lock-up garages and workshops between the busy Prince of Wales Road and the attractive St Leonards Square in Kentish Town.

The design gives a defined sense of place and a character appropriate to the scale of the development with a density of 140 units/ha.

It is unique in its innovative use of such a tight site. The angled facade with staggered balconies and frosted glass, means that in spite of the 3.6m face-to-face dimension, there is no overlooking.
