This project was a mixture of 2 permitted development applications and a planning application to convert the existing building from offices into desirable residential accommodation for young professionals or students who desire an easy commute to London. In the centre of Harlow. Brooks Murray also submitted a further application to add an additional storey of penthouses with panoramic views and redesigned the façade to upgrade its quality and appearance. The applications were all approved.

Harlow Market dates back to 19 May 1956 and from its Opening, the market grew in popularity leading to its permanent fixture within Harlow Town Centre, open four days a week. This prime location site lies in the very heart of Harlow in the centre of the shopping district, near to restaurants, cafes and bars.
