Brooks Murray were appointed to refurbish the Grade II listed property. The client sought to redesign the upper floors as studio apartments, whilst the stairway needed  a total structural and cosmetic overhaul, including the replacement of balustrades and dry lining the mirrored walls. Our work also involved external works to the fenestration and fitting a new Automatic Opening Vent (AOV).
