Samur

The French town of Saumur, on the Loire, is home to the Cadre Noire, the country’s premier equestrian establishment, in association with which this scheme’s equestrian centre now operates. The project involved the masterplan design of the entire site alongside proposals for the renovations of some of the existing buildings and landscaping.

The site is 400 Acres, including 9-hole and 18 hole golf courses, 300 houses and flats for both holiday and permanent residential us, a country club and a five-star hotel.
