Temple House

Temple House, is a project to convert an existing office building  into 14 high quality apartments. The existing building is enhanced by an extra storey to host 5 new apartments and a contemporary façade to improve the overall aesthetic of the disused office building.

The roof extension will extend the language of the existing building, set back from both front façades to minimise the visibility from the street, whilst the roof terrace will be set back even further for the same reason. Particular attention will be paid to the quality of the junctions between the proposed third floor and the existing building.

Within our proposals we include a varied range of large studios, 1-beds, 2-beds and 3-beds. The 3-beds offer spacious high quality accommodation which could provide an ideal home for young families who would benefit from the secure new housing accommodation, the excellent central location, ideal for parents reducing their commute and the huge adjacent public park for children.
