The Barn conversion had to take into account the calibre of local shopper and the preservation of the heritage environment. The existing empty buildings were converted into a luxury retail destination and café. The client and operator specialises in high end leather accessories and homewares with a modern, spirited and quintessentially English twist. Osprey London was founded in 1980 by Graeme Ellisdon.

Over the past thirty three years, the company has carefully expanded its range to include scarves, gifts, homewares and fragrance, and most latterly, food. The common thread that ties its products together is an emphasis on strong, functional design, high quality natural materials and traditional techniques. Osprey London products can be found online at ospreylondon.com, at nine of its own stores up and down the country and throughout John Lewis, Debenhams and a number of carefully selected independent retailers. The exterior and exterior renovation as carefully designed alongside the needs of the client paying homage to the brand and reflecting the taste of the product.
