The client wanted to convert the office buildings into residential space, attract young buyers and provide pleasant contemporary landscaping.

The Brooks Murray team designed a scheme to accommodate 121 flats in the existing buildings, providing 29 further flats across the new floors above. These have been designed to the highest specifications, combining sleek, contemporary design with tactile materials and embracing smart technology.

The landscaped gardens give residents a social nucleus in the open air, with a barbeque and picnic area, a table tennis hub and an outdoor gym.
