Louis Vuitton Headquarters – Training Facility

Following an initial feasibility study, Brooks Murray were appointed as Architects for the fitting out of LVMH’s 30,000 sq ft Grade 1 listed London Headquarters.

The brief was to provide conference, lecture rooms, presentation rooms, restaurant and breakout space with ancillary office accommodation for executive training and corporate entertaining.

The lecture theatres were acoustically lined and have AV and internet access throughout to provide online training and video conferencing between all LVMH’s companies including Dior, Givenchy etc and the Paris headquarters.

The design included sympathetically providing flexible lecture and presentation rooms on the ground floor, a Café and restaurant in the basement with breakout space to the rear courtyard. The alterations were designed to retain the period features of the interior while upgrading the existing accommodation and adding additional functionality.

 This building is Grade 1 listed so all of the work was carried out with highly supervised and good quality craftsmanship. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
